By partnering with healthcare facilities, hospitals, and clinics, these programs provide hands-on experiences, mentorship, and exposure to various healthcare environments, particularly in rural primary care settings. The presentation will cover key programs such as AHEC of a Summer, Camp Fast Forward - Health Careers Exploration, Future Health Heroes, AHEC Scholars, and the Primary Care Elective Course 120. These initiatives serve students from middle school to medical school, focusing on building a robust future healthcare workforce.
